Titan Family and Friends,
As the new Assistant Principal at Traweek Middle School, I am excited and hopeful for the upcoming 24-25 school year. This opportunity to start a new journey with the Titan family is an honor knowing Traweek's long history of tradition and excellence.
Over my 23 years in education, I have worn many hats as a physical education teacher, coach, dean, intervention support coordinator, district advisor, and assistant principal. The opportunity to view education through these many positions has helped me solidify my belief that all students can succeed when given the support they need. I value building relationships, transparent communication, and collaboration in order to build a school culture of trust and belonging. Everything we do in education should be for the betterment of our students, and our greatest asset is our teachers. I started my educational career in middle school and feel I am coming back to where I belong.
When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my wife, our two adult children, and our two corgis. I am very excited to get to know everyone over the coming months, and please reach out to me if you have any questions, concerns, or need some support.
