Pre AP History

  • We are excited to offer Pre-AP History to 8th-grade students.

Pre-AP History is a year-long course designed to prepare Middle School Students for the rigor of High School AP History courses. This course has been designed to develop analytical and writing skills needed to respond to document-based exams. As a preparatory course, writing and analysis skills are integrated with 8th-grade U.S. History content. At the completion of this course, students will be able to enter high school AP courses with a greater level of awareness and confidence regarding Advanced Placement coursework.
