If you are a current student in need of your transcript, please fill out this Google Form, and Ms. Jauregui will process your transcripts as soon as possible.

Transcript Requests for FORMER Students

We will be transitioning to a new process for ordering transcripts. To place a transcript order, please click on the button, “Order Records”. You will be guided to fill out a transcript order request form. Once you have completed the form, your transcript order will be processed. To verify that your transcript has been sent, please send a follow-up email to ejauregui@c-vusd.org, and a confirmation response will be sent to you to ensure that your Parchment Transcript process has been handled.
