• Can't log in to Aeries?

    Below are the steps for your student to log in to Aeries starting Sunday, August 15th at 5:00 pm (the system will not allow students to log in until this time, and there may possibly be delays due to a high volume of students attempting to log in at the same time). The steps below differ from how parents access Aeries (Parents can click on the following link for parent login info: Parent Portal Info Link. 
     
    Students will use the password used for their school Google Classroom and Gmail. If you can't remember your school Google password, or you still have trouble accessing Aeries after following the steps below, please fill out the following Google Form:
     
    1. Make sure you are accessing Aeries through either the district website or Northview homepage and the top of the login screen reads "Covina-Valley Unified School District.". If you Google "CVUSD Aeries" you usually can't find ours and get send to Coachella Valley or Chino Valley Aeries, which will not allow you to log in.

    2. The email you need to use is your student school email (123XXXXX@c-vusd.org)
    3. When you click "Next" there will be a "Sign in with Google" button. Click on that. If you're already logged in to your school Google Classroom or your school email, it should automatically take you to your Aeries dashboard. If you're not, a window will pop up asking you to choose which Google account to use. Click on your school account and enter the password you usually use to log in to your school account.
    4. Students should not be using any personal emails to set up their Aeries accounts. They should only be using school emails to access Aeries.
