If you are a current student in need of your transcript, please fill out this Google Form, and Ms. Jauregui will process your transcripts as soon as possible.

Transcript Requests for Former Students

Please fill out the following Google Form. In order to process your request in a timely manner, please answer all questions precisely. Please note that there is a $2.00 fee for each official transcript. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for processing. The Registrar will contact you when your transcripts are ready to be picked up.
