•                    Free After-School Program

                                             
    Eligibility:

    Covina-Valley Unified School District 's Free After-School Program (ASES) is available to any and all TK-5th grade students at Ben Lomond, Manzanita, and Merwin Elementary School sites who are currently enrolled in the Covina-Valley Unified School District. There is no cost to attend the ASES Afterschool Program. Please see the basic information on the program below, and if interested in enrolling your child or children, please click on the link below.

    Program Offers:

    1 hr. Homework Assistance

    1 hr. Academic Tutoring

    1 hr. Enrichment (activities vary at each school site)

    Program Rules:

    • All regular School Rules apply in this Program.
    • No roaming around the campus.
    • All TK-5th grade students must be signed out by an adult.
    • Parents/ guardians need to pick up student(s) no later than 6:00 pm.
    • Students must attend the Program for a minimum of three hours Monday through Friday
    • Students will be dropped from the program after three unexcused absences 

    Program Times:

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

    Tiny Tuesdays from 12:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
