Social Work Internship Program

District Social Workers assist in the supervision and professional development of graduate-level interns to provide district wide mental health support, which include 1:1 counseling, group counseling, SEL support, resourcing students and families, and development of macro projects to address school and department needs.

Social work interns can expect to receive:

• weekly individual supervision

• group supervision

• expansive trainings on various mental health topics, including suicide prevention and crisis response

• access to all district social workers for guidance

• opportunity to develop in both micro and macro skills
