Adult Transition Program (ATP)
The Covina-Valley Unified School District Adult Transition Program (ATP) is designed for students ranging from 18 to 22 years of age with moderate to severe disabilities. Classes are located at Fairvalley High School, which provides a familiar school setting while allowing access to community-based experiences.
The ATP offers a range of classes that address different levels of disability; levels of support are based on individual student need. The program focus is on Job Readiness & Retention Skills, Functional Academics, Vocational Exploration, Independent Living Skills, and Recreation & Leisure Activities.
