CSEA Updates
2025-2026
On October 24, 2025, C-VUSD and CSEA met for the first negotiation session. CSEA presented the following articles to the District:
- Article 1 (Recognition)
- Article 2 (Association Rights)
- Article 4 (Terms of Agreement)
- Article 9 (Evaluation)
The District countered back on Articles 1, 2, and 4.
At the next session on November 20, 2025, the District will respond to Article 9. CSEA will respond to Articles 1, 2, and 4.

The California School Employees Association (CSEA) has submitted a sunshine to open negotiations for the 2025-2026 school year which was presented to the Board of Education on October 9, 2025.
2024-2025
