California Community Colleges

Students interested in applying to MT.SAC or Citrus should listen for announcements for when admission reps will be on campus.

• California Colleges Website -offers a comprehensive statewide look at more than 200 colleges (public and private) in California
• College Board website - offers a free comprehensive college search to match you up with colleges and universities. It is also is helpful in researching university requirements and costs.

UC and Cal State

The UC and Cal State universities DO NOT require letters of recommendation.

• University of California website - Apply online, get information on requirements, preview days, and financial aid. The application window for UC:  November 1st - November 30th
• Cal State Apply - Apply online, get information on requirements, preview days, and financial aid. The application window for CSU: October 1st - November 30th

Private Colleges

• Common Application - Many private colleges accept the Common Application. Check their website to see if the colleges you are applying to will accept the Common Application
