    Welcome to Las Palmas Middle School

    We are proudly the only middle school in Los Angeles County that is a National AVID Demonstration school and a nationally recognized Renaissance recognition school!  We have developed educational programs designed to provide the skills and tools necessary for students to explore their creativity while developing a strong educational base.

  • Ultra Fun Run Parents and Students, we have a very important fundraiser happening and we need your siupport! The Color Run Jog-A-Thon fundraiser helps support and fund important school activities, supplies and field trips.
    We know that parents and students are busy, and that is why we want to make the fundraiser as EASY and SUCCESSFUL as possible.

    Dress For Success

     

    DO

    • Pants, shorts, skirts, and dresses of appropriate length.
    • Leggings and yoga pants can only be worn with a skirt or shorts.
    • School-appropriate shoes (NO open-toed shoes, sandals, or flip-flops).
    • Las Palmas and Northview apparel.

     

    DON'T

    • Clothing that indicates any association with an inappropriate group (e.g. gang apparel).
    • Clothing that is obscene, sexually explicit, suggestive, promotes the use of drugs, or derogatory.
    • Clothing or accessory that can disrupt class (e.g. hats, sunglasses).
    • Clothing that has tears, rips, or holes.
    • Sleeveless or see-through shirts or blouses.
