2021-2022 Data Confirmation
Each year, our student information system requires that each student’s data and information is confirmed as accurate prior to student registration. As of Monday, July 26th, the Aeries Parent Portal will be open and available for parents to verify and confirm their students’ data.
Data confirmation is required before a student can be confirmed to begin the school year. To complete the data confirmation, please log onto your Aeries Parent Portal, review your students’ emergency contact information and other important entries and make any necessary changes, as it is critical that your childrens’ schools have the most accurate and up-to-date information in our Student System.
If you have a new student entering the district, a letter will be mailed to your home that will contain your students’ Permanent ID number and a unique verification code. Both of those will be needed to complete the Aeries online data confirmation.

Parents can view student information for their students using the Aeries Student Information System’s Parent Portal. Through this system, you will be able to view the following information about your student:
- Demographic data
- Unofficial transcripts
- Attendance record
- Class schedule
- Progress toward completion of graduation requirements
- Progress in current classes
- Emergency contact information
