My name is Carol Rewers and I have been a Special Education teacher in Covina-Valley USD for 24 years.

This is my 5th full year at Adult Transition Program and I am so happy to be here working with your students. We do many enriching, engaging and challenging activities in our class- all to support growth for student success and independence. In our class we work hard- and laugh hard.

I have my General Education Teaching Credential from CSULA, and my Special Education Credential and Master's degree in Special Education from Azusa Pacific University. I love this population and am proud to be part of the ATP community. During distance learning we have been able to keep the students engaged and learning by providing rich activities in the 5 domains.

I have 2 daughters; 1 in 8th grade and 1 who lives in MN and is a nurse. I have been married to my husband for 30 years, and we have a crazy dog named Scout. We talk a lot about our families at school, so the kids will hear many stories about my family- especially the shenanigans of Scout.
