• How to Enroll into Northview High School 

    Northview High School is recognized as one of the top High Schools in the nation by US News and World Report. We are recognized for various programs such as AVID, AP, Pre-AP, our Career Technical Education Pathways, and Athletics. To enroll at Northview High School, please use the following flow charts as a guide. 

     

    For New Students who have moved into Covina-Valley Unified please follow the following steps.

  • Step 1: Complete Online Enrollment

    Step 2: Call Northview to schedule an appointment at (626) 974-6101

    Step 3: Request documents from last school of attendance

    • Attendance Records
    • Discipline Records
    • Transcripts

    Step 4: Bring required documents to the appointment

    • Proof of address
    • CURRENT Utility Bill/Residency Affidavit
    • Parent Photo ID
    • Birth Certificate/Passport
    • Immunization Records
    • Guardianship or Court Documentation
Enrollment Process

Inter-District and Intra-District Permit Processes

  • Inter-District Permit (Outside Covina-Valley USD Boundaries)

    1. Start: Request Inter-District Permit/Transfer from District of Residence
    2. When APPROVED, take Inter-District Permit to the Covina-Valley Unified School District Office at 519 E Badillo Street, Covina, CA 91723
    3. With the permit, include the following:
      • Proof of residency (utility bill in parent's name)
      • Most recent grades
      • Transcript
      • Attendance records
      • Discipline records
      • Most recent copy of IEP, if applicable

    Intra-District Permit (Within Covina-Valley USD Boundaries)

    1. Start at school of residence and request Intra-District Permit
    2. Once approved, bring Intra-District Permit to Northview High School at 1016 W. Cypress Street, Covina, CA 91722
    3. With the permit, include the following:
      • Proof of residency (utility bill in parent's name)
      • Most recent grades
      • Transcript
      • Attendance records
      • Discipline records
      • Most recent copy of IEP, if applicable
