Las Palmas Middle School is nestled in the city of Covina in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley. Currently, we serve over 800 students in grades six through eight. Las Palmas Middle School opened its doors to students in 1959.
The school's teachers and staff are dedicated to ensuring the academic success of every student and providing a safe and productive learning experience through a Professional Learning Community. The school has developed educational programs designed to provide the skills and tools necessary for students to explore their creativity while developing a strong educational base.
The mission of Las Palmas Middle School is to meet the varied learning needs and interest of our diverse student body. Additionally, they serve as a catalyst to strengthen community partnerships, maximizing opportunities for all students to reach their greatest potential.
