DPSS RESOURCES: "Keep Your Benefits" Toolkit
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) has released a communications toolkit to help families prepare for upcoming changes to Medi-Cal and CalFresh programs. These changes follow the enactment of House Resolution (HR) 1 and updates to state regulations.
The “Keep Your Benefits” toolkit includes digital content for websites, emails and social media.
Materials are available in English and nine additional languages:

The toolkit covers changes taking effect from November 2025 through January 2026 and is valid through March 31, 2026.
