Covina-Valley Unified Uniform Policy
Mandatory Dress Code
All C-VUSD District K-5 schools have a mandatory uniform/standardized dress policy adopted by the Board of Education. This policy provides an opportunity for students to dress neatly for school, and it helps students to look at others’ character instead of their attire.

- Pants must fit properly on the waist (no sagging).
- Blue jeans, Black Jeans or other colors of jeans are also allowed as long as they are not ripped or baggy
- Leggings are ONLY allowed under skirts/dresses/shorts
- Shirts/Sweatshirts/Sweaters - Solid white, blue, red with a collar or school-approved spirit wear
